Rea Boschi Gogolja
Rea Boschi Gogolja was born in Zagreb, Croatia where she went to school until graduating from Classical Gymnasium Zagreb in 1986. The same year she enrolled in the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, where she graduated from in 1993, in the class of Prof. Josip Poljan, earning the title of Professor of Fine Arts.

In 1992, Rea Boschi Gogolja began her postgraduate studies in conservation and restoration of historic textiles at the Abegg Foundation in Switzerland, where she earned the title of Textile Conservator and Restaurator in 1996. During her postgraduate studies , Rea Boschi Gogolja participated at the annual exhibitions at Abegg, as well as in independent and collective projects, curatorship, exhibition setting, and publication of catalogues.

Rea Boschi Gogolja has spent time academically in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Greece and the United States.

Rea Boschi Gogolja participated in a number of domestic and international conventions and symposiums, and was textile conservation and restoration course leader at Hvar, Croatia in 1996. Rea Boschi Gogolja has been a freelancer since 1996 when she formed Atelier Boschi. Atelier Boschi is in the business of creating art (sculptures, paintings, drawings, graphics, unique jewelry, and fashion accessories), conservation and restoration of textile and art objects of diverse media.
Rea Boschi Gogolja is a member of HDLU (Croatian Association of Fine Artists), ULUPUH (Croatian Association of Artists of Applied Arts), ZUH (Croatian Community of Artists), LIKUM (Croatian Fine Artists Guild), CIETA (Centre International D'Etude Des Textiles Ancient), WJA (Women's Jewelry Assotiation).
